    Extra police force and Home Guards are called for security and discipline during the melas upto June and home guards deployed every Saturday and Sunday.

    The entire administration of Temple is divided into 4 sectors for better management of mela.

    Additional District Magistrate and Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Barsar-Cum-Chairman Trust BBN Temple Deotsidh at Barsar are main mela officers during melas.

    Temple remains open entire day and night

    Extra mobile toilets are arranged for the convenience of the devotees and visitors.

    Proper water arrangement is made at the places where there is no tap. Pitchers and water tankers are used for the arrangement.

    Extra employees are appointed for langar, cleaning and other work.

    50 per cent of cleaning work is handed over outsource during mela days

    Fire brigade , Crain, damper Vehicles are specially arranged by the Temple Administration.
